India-based HCL and Canada-based Celestica announced recently that they have signed a cooperation agreement, under which they will jointly supply complete C2M (Concept-To-Manufacturing) solutions. In this joint venture, HCL will be mainly responsible for design and after-sale services for clients, while Celestica's will engage in manufacturing and marketing of products. The two companies will initially focus on consumer electronics, medical electronics, and the aeronautical industry.
